Four US teens arrested in Japan
29.12.2009
A stupid prank could send four teens to jail for ten years. The three boys and a girl, aged 15 to 18, come from the US and live on an American military base called Yokota Air Base in Tokyo, Japan. The Japanese police say that in August the teens strung a rope across a road near the base that knocked a 23-year-old woman off her motorbike, fracturing her skull. The police found a video of the teens near the area and say they acted suspiciously when they first questioned them. Now they have arrested the four teens and charged them with attempted murder. If the teens are found guilty, they could go to jail in Japan for up to ten years.
