Horrible Hagrid

Actor Robbie Coltrane plays the half-giant Hagrid in the Harry Potter films. He and the other actors will finish working on the last Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, early next year. Robbie told the UK magazine the Radio Times  he will miss working with the other actors. But one thing he won’t miss is wearing Hagrid’s big beard. “It's all horrible," he says. "At the end of the day they take it off and then two girls come to my trailer with a pot of hot oil. They dissolve the beard and rub my face with oil.” Fans will see Hagrid and his beard for the last time in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, which is coming to cinemas in two parts in 2010 and 2011.
