New film tells story of Live Aid
Irish rocker Bob Geldof changed the world. In 1985 he and a music promoter called Harvey Goldsmith organized concerts around the world called Live Aid and raised up to £150 million for dying people in Africa.
Now filmmakers are making a film about Live Aid called When Harvey met Bob. One of the filmmakers, Kate Triggs, says, “It's a film about two men who think the unthinkable and achieve something that seems impossible."
The filmmakers have already started working on the film, which will be on TV in the UK and Ireland later this year. Watch Bob, George Michael and other big stars at the Live Aid concert in London:
