Justin Bieber becomes a CSI star

Singer Justin Bieber has a new career – as an actor. The 16-year-old will play a teenager in trouble on the TV crime show CSI. People in the US will see him in the first episode of the new CSI series in September and in future episodes.

Justin wrote on Twitter how happy he is to be an actor. “What is that something new that you are doing today? I’m acting! CSI baby! I’m a bad man! Thanks to everyone at CSI for having me.” In the series, Justin plays a teen called Jason who has to make a difficult decision about his only brother.

Music fans have watched Justin’s video for his hit song “Baby” 262 million times on YouTube – more times than they’ve watched any other music video ever on the site.
