Eminem to star in a new film

Rapper Eminem is to star in a new film about boxing. The last film Eminem acted in was the 2002 film, 8 Mile, which was loosely based on his life and became a huge success.
Now a filmmaker called Kurt Sutter is working on a new film called Southpaw, in which Eminem will play a boxer who is trying to save his career and win back his daughter.
Kurt told reporters, "In a way, this is a continuation of the 8 Mile story but instead of a literal biography, we are doing a metaphorical biography about the second chapter of his life."
This is an exciting time for Eminem. His new album, Recovery, has just been nominated for ten Grammy Awards, including album of the year.
