Crime doesn't pay, especially if you're Chris Brown. The American singer was forced to postpone three planned concerts in Britain, as well as one in Ireland, after Britain's Home Office denied him a visa to enter the country earlier this week. The Home Office said that they "reserve the right to refuse entry to the UK to anyone guilty of a serious criminal offence. Public safety is one of our primary concerns." Chris was convicted of a felony last year for assaulting his then girlfriend, Rihanna. While he wasn't sentenced to time in jail, he is serving five years probation and has to perform 1,400 hours of community service.
