Bored by his quiet life in suburbia, 16-year-old Darren (Chris Massoglia) discovers a travelling freak show complete with a wolfman, a snakeboy and a bearded lady (Salma Hayak). When the freak show leader (John C. Reilly) offers to make Darren into a blood-sucker like him, Darren immediately accepts. But then the teenager accidentally breaks a truce between the vampires and their worst enemies – and Darren is now in serious danger.
