The party never stops for Kesha

A girl who has been on stage since she was a baby has had to work hard to become a star. Kesha, 23, grew up making music and writing songs with her mother, who is also a singer. A few years ago she moved to Los Angeles to start her own career. But she had to work as a waitress before she finally became famous last year. Kesha released her first album, Animal, in January.

“Tik Tok” is the first single from Animal. It went to Number One in nine countries.
