Lady Gaga doesn't want to talk on the telephone
Lady Gaga is topping the charts with a song that Britney Spears didn’t want to sing. Lady Gaga helped to write the song “Telephone” for Britney but when Britney didn’t want it, she decided to sing it herself.
“I wrote it for her a long time ago and she just didn't use it for her album,” says Lady Gaga. “It's fine because I love the song and I get to perform it now." Lady Gaga sings “Telephone” with Beyoncé Knowles.
“Telephone” is the new single from Lady Gaga’s second album, The Fame Monster
Huh? You're breaking up on me ...
I should have left my phone at home 'cause this is a disaster…
I don't wanna talk anymore
I left my head and my heart on the dance-floor
If someone breaks up with you, it means they stop being your boyfriend or girlfriend. But if someone breaks up on you while talking to you on the phone, it just means that the phone signal is bad and you can’t hear them properly anymore.
Maybe Lady Gaga should break up with her boyfriend. In this song, she tells him she’d rather be having fun on the dance floor than talking to him on the phone.
