What the world is watching (on the Internet)
I don't have a lot of words for you this week, but how about a run-down of some of the funny, strange, popular and wacky videos that citizens of the Internet (that includes you!) are watching?
Strange cow video - if Dalí were going to animate cows dancing to electronic music, it might look something like this. Or it's what a strange dream with cows might look like. Alright, it's not one of those videos that everyone (and their grandmother) has seen, but it's strange enough to be making the rounds.
The portobello mushroom burger - This is just one of many crazy vids by Ryan Higa, who describes his comedy in "one word" as: CrazyFastUpbeatNonstopADHDmomentsFullOfSarcasmAndStupidNoobsThatGetPwned...
Broken down into 15 words, that's crazy, fast, upbeat, nonstop, ADHD, moments full of sarcasm and stupid noobs that get pwned. (More about pwned).
And I do actually have one more thing to say about portobello mushroom burgers: they're good. Try one sometime – but maybe not from a fast-food joint.
The Swedish Chef - who doesn't love the Muppets? But a word of advice. You shouldn't try to learn any of the following from the Swedish Chef:
English
Swedish
Cooking
(and maybe dancing)
Old Spice Guy - OK, these are the videos everyone (and their grandmother) has seen. Actor Isaiah Mustafa really just might be one of the biggest stars on the Internet right now. He made some cheeky adverts for Old Spice, and then he started personally replying to comments and Twitter posts by making more videos. His videos have been watched millions of times, more than 600,000 fans are following him on Facebook, and now that Isaiah has given up his Old Spice gig, I'm sure lots of people are wondering how they can fill his shoes, or at least stand in his bathroom.
Here's his farewell video:
