You've probably seen, we have a lot about New York City for you in the October Spot on. Spot on's editor-in-chief, Judi Gilbert, is from New York, so in this video edition of Pod on!, she shows you how to make and eat a real New York bagel, with cream cheese and lox.
Oh, and I help out a bit, mostly by repeating what Judi says when she talks with her mouth full. :-)
