Who needs sleep?

Why do we sleep and dream? It's still a big mystery. What's not a mystery, however, is that we need to sleep, sometimes doing things in our dreams can help us to do them in real life too.

In Spot on right now, British teens who live on remote, isolated islands talk about their life in the wild, and what it's like when crazy winter weather and bad storms stop them from leaving the islands. But you don't have to live on an island to experience wild winter weather!
